Support interface provides the possibility

The Support interface is only visible when you are in the Advanced Menu
If you are not in the Advanced Menu you can get there sliding the mouse over the Forecast Tools box in the main menu. It is the first item on the list.

if the User Guide cannot answer your questions or if you have comments and feedback that you want to communicate to our support team, the contact page will provide an interface to write your comments and submit it and provide you with direct contract information such as Email and telephone numbers.
For security reasons, it is recommended that you change your password regularly and also if you have lost your password and you have logged in with the password that was send to you by Email.
The procedure is straight forward. You have to first type your current password and thereafter your new password.
This is where you find the Online User Guide and the possibility to generate a pdf-version of the user guide if you want to have a local copy of it or want to print it.
You find the print facility to pdf in the left upper corner of the user guide interface.
The currently supported browsers for various operating systems can be seen in the table below. Other browsere, tablet copmputers, smart phones may work, but may provide reduced funtionality.
