If you want to see the graph and table values to your site, it is important to handle the location managment as good as possible. Wrong input data in the site management will also give you wrong graph and table values.
Therefore make sure to key in the data needed as careful as possible.

It depends on the computation for the new forecast which starts at initial time UTC 00,06.12.18. It also depends on the input time. The range is between 45 minutes and 7h 15 minutes. Short time is given if the input is made just before the time-deadline, long time (7h15) is needed if the input is given just after the time-deadline and therfore the update can not be done before the next initial time run.

Early Bird forecast: This forecast is computed with a time horizon covering exactly the next day and is optimised for the day-ahead market. High speed computing allows to provide thsi forecast already within 15min after the arrival of the analysis (state estimate) data to start a new forecast, which is always 3.5h after initial time. Advantage: The UTC06 forecast can be used for day-ahead trading in central Europe.
LT forecast: This forecast generates forecast with a forecast horizon of up to 144h.
